In order to ensure continuous technological development, MELECS is seeking to recruit an employee for the following position at its site in Siegendorf, Austria, starting immediately
Feladatkör
- Act as a key interface in global quality management and coordinate defined cross-site topics with international QM teams
- Manage global complaints, including 8D report creation and follow-up with customers and internal teams
- Lead task forces in escalated quality issues to drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate and ensure execution of quality improvement measures across locations
- Analyze quality data, derive actions, and report on global quality KPIs
- Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions using standardized metrics
- Support APQP and VDA/PPAP processes in alignment with international customer requirements
Szükséges képzettség
- Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent), ideally with a focus on electronics, plastics, or metal
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional foreign language skills are a plus
Elvárások a jelölttel szemben
- Several years of experience in quality management (senior level), ideally in a global organization
- In-depth knowledge of VDA/PPAP sampling processes and quality methods (e.g., Ishikawa, 5Why, FMEA, VDA, PPAP, SPC, APQP)
- Solution-oriented manner
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Willing to travel internationally (approx. 30–50%)
