• Lead and develop a team within Global Strategic Purchasing and ensure a high-performance and stable working environment
• Build and strengthen long-term supplier relationships together with your team
• Monitor supplier markets, identify trends, risks and opportunities and derive strategic actions
• Develop and implement global purchasing strategies and target supplier portfolios
• Ensure transparency and discipline in purchasing processes and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with other departments
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives and ensure measurable and sustainable results
• Set clear priorities and ensure focus within the team in a dynamic environment
• Regular travel mainly within Europe

• Experience in electronics, electronic components or the automotive industry
• German language skills

• Experience in purchasing, sales or account management (minimum 5 years), ideally in the electronics or automotive industry
• Leadership experience or strong potential to take over leadership responsibility
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented way
• High level of proactivity and ownership
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
• Confident use of MS Office and SAP
